Pregnancy and Post Natal massage now available at Barossa Wellness Hub

I'm very excited to be offering Pregnancy and Post Natal massage at the Barossa Wellness Hub and can't wait to start bringing relief and relaxation to all those new mums and mums-to-be out there. A pregnancy or post natal massage makes a great gift too!

Pregnancy massage can aid in reducing stress, freeing your breath, easing back and hip discomfort and aches and pains in muscles and joints. It can aid circulation by decreasing swelling and water retention. Plus it feels great!  It’s a popular therapy during pregnancy for back pain, when choices for pain relief, such as medication, are often limited. Not only can massage be physically beneficial, but the human touch can be comforting and provide emotional support during pregnancy.

Post Natal massage is hugely beneficial, not just for some much needed 'me' time for mums but in helping restore optimum posture and function. If you have aching shoulders, hips, feet and back, this is for you. Massage is well known for relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief and other health benefits. Unique postpartum benefits include hormone regulation (postpartum massage has been shown to be a powerful tool in relieving temporary postpartum depression), reduced swelling, better sleep and improved breastfeeding. I’m delighted to bring Barossa Sports and Remedial Massage to the Barossa Wellness Hub. I’ve been practising Sports and Remedial massage in London, U.K, since 2010 and have recently relocated to Tanunda.

I’m experienced in working with a wide cross section of people, of all ages, genders and backgrounds, ranging from those who have everyday aches and niggles or simply spend too much time at a desk, to a variety of sportspeople including distance runners, triathletes and international level Crossfit athletes.
